Are there any catches?
- No. The only provisio’s are some ‘Fair Use’ policies from a few partners. A ‘fair use’ policy, would include, asking for reservations to be made in advance for hotels or the smaller hotels, vouchers not being used in conjunction with other offers, or offering only home game tickets not away game tickets. There are absolutely NO HIDDEN COSTS.
All of these ’fair use’ policies will be detailed on the vouchers.
Are there any Restrictions?
Within some of the vouchers there are restrictions on when the voucher can be used (i.e. only at weekends, or for certain ticket types) but outside that no, there is not.
Please note: We have done everything in our power to keep this book restriction free and 90% of the vouchers are. 100% of the vouchers have No Hidden Costs. We do ask however, that everyone purchasing a book remembers that the businesses involved are still businesses. This is why a few of our partners have had to introduce a couple of restrictions. We hope you understand.
Why should I spend £50.00 of my hard earned cash on this?

Are the vouchers transferable? / Can my friends and family use them?
The Charity Unleashed gift book comes with a key fob specific to each individual book. This key fob must be produced when individual vouchers are used. The key fobs aren’t linked to the purchaser of the book so the key fobs can be lent to friends or family allowing them to take advantage of the vouchers that you don’t wish to use.
How many Books can I order?
As many as you want, If you are a business and want to buy more for your staff, then contact us (check out the contact us section for our details.)
What do the partner businesses get out of this?
First of all they will receive a share of the revenue generated by the book, though this is nowhere near the value of the offers they have put in (on average they will receive <5% of their offer value.)
Secondly, you will hopefully pick their Hotel, Restaurant, Activity, Health Spa or Bar to visit and whilst there spend a little more money.
Thirdly, Repeat businesss. We all hope and believe that you will enjoy your first visit so much that you will return even without a voucher.
Fourthly, PR, the businesses are mentioned in our marketing and any promotional activity carried out by us.
Finaly, and most importantly, the books are raising money for 2 great local charities, if we sell all the books, then £60,000 will have been raised for charity and so the businesses involved will have helped to give children holidays and supported those who help us when we are lost or trapped in the Peaks.
This looks like a great bonus gift from my company to me, how do I get them to buy it?
We’re glad you think that, we do to! Get them to contact us or show them the website, fliers and posters and persuade HR that this makes a perfect, early Christmas gift. If all else fails, give them our details and badger them to call..
Why is the Derby book capped at 4,000 books?
Simply because, our partners will be donating £4,000,000 to the lucky 4,000 who buy the book and that is a lot of money. You never know though, our next book in 1 year’s time might be worth even more and have even more chances for people to buy. Drop us an email to be kept informed of what will be coming up.
Why are you doing this only once per year?
Because we think that this is a pretty special and insanely generous gift book and so like Christmas, the Derby gift book will come but once a year.
So many Experiences, how to use them all?
Well, they are all valid for at least 1 year (one is even valid for 2 years), so there should be plenty of time to pluck up the courage to jump at UK Bungee, sleep in the Cathedral Quarter hotel or have a drink at Anoki.
